Light Up Letter Hire – Want to know more?
Here at LettersCelebrate we are always up for a good old chat! It’s understandable that if you haven’t used our company before you are going to have some questions. We have touched on most FAQ’s below but if we haven’t got it covered please get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.
How big are the illuminated letters?
The letters are 4ft tall and 2ft wide – They are wired separately so there is no unnecessary cables and all are PAT tested and meet BS certification. We supply an extension lead with every hire.
How much are the letters to hire?
Please contact a member of the team for more information. We are the biggest supplier of illuminated letters in the North West and if you can provide a genuine quotation from another company we guarantee not to be beaten on price.
Can we have the letters in different colours?
The standard bulbs are clear with vintage cabochon caps, these set our letters apart from other companies as they give that vintage “fairground” look. You can have different coloured cabochon caps as required to fit in with your colour scheme.
How long do we have the letters
The letters are hired for 24hrs If you require the letters for a longer period this must be agreed with a member of the team at LettersCelebrate. Once the letters are at the hire venue you agree to taking full responsibility and not to move them form the venue or pass them to a third party.
Where is the best position for the light up letters?
Usually close to a wall so the letters don’t get knocked over and there are no problems with cables etc.
What about the delivery & collection of the letters?
We deliver to the venue of your choice. The price of delivery & collection will be included in the price of the hire of the letters.
Can the light up letters be used outside?
Can be used in marquees with flooring and power supply.
When do I need to pay for the hire of the letters & is there a deposit to pay?
Because we are so busy a LettersCelebrate we ask for a £50 fully refundable deposit to secure the letters for your celebration and covers you for accidental damage when on hire.
We will invoice you for the hire of the letters which must be paid 6 weeks before your celebration. This can be paid by cheque, PayPal or BACS transfer. If we do not receive the payment in full before your celebration we reserve the right in most cases to retain the £50 deposit and cancel your booking.
What if I need to cancel?
The £50 deposit to confirm your booking is non refundable if you have to cancel within two weeks of your celebration.
